"Coffee, Kringla, Ole, & Lena: Samples from Scandinavian America" is a light-hearted educational exploration of contemporary Scandinavian America. William Beyer, former education, collections, and programs director for the American Swedish Institute in Minneapolis, spoke with Buck and Bob Oct. 16 about the film and its screening at North House Folk School. The film includes an insightful discussion with 100-plus-year-old Grand Marais resident Gunnar Erickson. Listen to the interview.
