John joined WTIP as a volunteer in 2009, and hosts various music programs including:  Classic Country, Thirsty Boots, Polka Time and Monday NIght Mix.  His favorite pastime is learning something new, but he also spends some of his time playing the guitar and mountain dulcimer.  John shares this about WTIP, "I think WTIP brings the community together in a way that nothing else can."  John is pictured with his dog Rudy.
