Sawtooth Mountain Clinic is again sponsoring "Move it in May" to promote activity and fitness. Everyone is invited to register to keep track of activity as Cook County will "Move it Down Highway 61" to the Mississippi Delta and New Orleans. Participants can register online by clicking on the "Move it" icon at www.sawtoothmountainclinic.org. Activities in May will include weekly Thursday Brown Bag noontime presentations at the clinic lower level classroom, beginner and advanced Bike Safety Rodeos, a chat box and group tracking forms online, and a New Orleans-style party on May 23 from 4 to 6 PM at the 4H Log Cabin.
