COVID-19 Community Testing – Summer Program

COVID-19 Community testing takes place every Wednesday at Cook County ISD 166 from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm and at the Cook County Community Center from 2:30 pm to 5 pm.

Minors must be accompanied by a parent/caregiver at the time of testing.

Masks are required and available at the testing site.
