Are you interested in a shooting & archery range in Cook County?
If yes, attend a Flintlock Range Association meeting on February 21, 2024 from 5:00 – 6:00 p.m. in the Commissioner’s Room at the Cook County Courthouse.
The Flintlock Range Association is working hard to provide a safe place for individuals to shoot, to reduce the accumulation of lead and other environmental concerns in gravel pits, and provide a facility for law enforcement, Border Patrol agents, and Minnesota DNR officials to conduct trainings.
The Flintlock Range Association recently received approval from the Cook County Commissioners to establish a shooting range in Cook County. Now, it’s off to the races. Flintlock is looking for interested individuals and volunteers to help accomplish the next steps: fundraising, grant writing, event planning, project management, administration work, etc.
If you want to learn more or want to find out how you can help, attend the meeting or email flintlockrange@gmail.com
