Holiday tree needed for Harbor Park

The City of Grand Marais is searching for this year’s holiday tree, which is lit at the annual “Oh Ole Night” holiday kick-off event and lights up Harbor Park throughout the holiday season. If anyone in the Grand Marais area has a shapely evergreen 20 to 25 feet tall and easily accessible by the city’s pole truck, please reach out to Parks Manager Dave Tersteeg at 218-387-1712 or park@grandmarais.city well before November 25th.

“Oh Ole Night” takes place Friday, Nov. 25, beginning with a parade through downtown at 5:30 p.m, followed by tree lighting and fireworks.
