Cook County Higher Education and Care Partners of Cook County are hosting Lunch & Learn: Force of Habit on Wednesday, January 22  from Noon-1pm. This will be held in person at CCHE or join over Zoom. Presenter Hartley Newell-Acero, National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach will facilitate an opportunity to think about breaking and building habits and how to begin exploring what you want and developing a plan to get there.
