Families, friends, and community members are invited to see the final pieces created by participants in the Grand Marais Art Colony’s Mobiles: Sculpting with Line and Volume camps. Instructing artists Danny Saathoff and Kari Halker-Saathoff have worked with a group of young artists and adults to create suspended, mobile-like sculptures using materials such as reed, tissue paper, wire and glue. The gallery-style show will be held on Thursday, July 20 from 4:30 to 5:30 pm at Studio 21. More information at grandmaraisartcolony.org.
