Chik-Wauk Museum & Nature Center hosts a presentation, “Dehydrate and create your own pack meals” on Sunday, June 16 from 2 to 3 pm with Teresa Marrone. Teresa is the author of The Beginner’s Guide to Dehydrating Food and The Back-Country Kitchen: Camp Cooking for Canoeists, Hikers, and Anglers (as well as numerous other books). Teresa and her husband have a cabin in the mid-Trail area, where they live from spring through fall.
