Understanding Domestic Violence
Cook County Higher Ed, in partnership with the Violence Prevention Center, hosts a community webinar on Zoom to learn about the dynamics of domestic violence with presenter Jessica Burks, Program Advocate at the Violence Prevention Center. The webinar will be on Thursday, April 27 from 5:30 to 7 pm.
In this community webinar, participants will gain a better understanding of domestic violence: what domestic violence is, the dynamics of abuse, how domestic violence impacts the local community and ways that each of us can support victims/survivors in our lives and in our community.
