Spring activities: Girls on the Run

Hi, this is Ezme Mundell and my summer has just started! On Sunday June 4th the Girls on the Run had their annual 5k run in Duluth.

The race started off in waves, this year it was youngest to oldest it trades off every other year. The race goes along the lake walk, while I was running a huge boat came up beside us. We were also surprised by a loud, noisy train!

Another spectacular scene was a white chipmunk running into the bushes. Overall this was a great event. It was filled with snacks, fun, and family!!!
