EDA approves three-year strategic planning framework

The Grand Marais/Cook County Economic Development Authority reviewed and approved the final draft of a three-year strategic framework during a Jul. 16 meeting.

The strategic planning framework will guide the Economic Development Authority (EDA) in the coming years as it implements the following four strategic directions.

1. Engaging and Educating Community
2. Building and Leveraging Partnerships
3. Developing Innovative Economic Solutions
4. Pursuing Development Priorities
