WTIP Scenic Route Music Series Presents Charlie Parr

The WTIP Scenic Route Music Series welcomes Blues/R&B guitarist Charlie Parr on Saturday, September 12th at 6:30 pm at the Arrowhead Center for the Arts in Grand Marais.
