Cook County Historical Society hosts live demos at the historic Bally’s Blacksmith & Metal Shop.  Bally’s will be open on Friday, July 12 and Saturday, July 13.  The live demo takes place on Saturday from 1 to 4 pm.  More information is available at cookcountyhistory.org/tours-demos.
