Cook County Higher Education is hosting Chainsaw and Tree Felling Safety Course (Includes OSHA Training) – Level 1, on Saturday, June 28th from 8 am-5 pm. This 1-day course provides confidence and safety, learning the chainsaw’s reactive forces, focusing on open-face notching, including pre-planning the fell, and bore cutting, as well as understanding the hinge strength.
