COVID-19 VACCINATION EVENTS: Kids 6 months – 5 Years

Cook County Public Health officials have scheduled a local COVID-19 vaccination event for Wednesday, July 6 at the Cook County Community Center for children in the 6-months to 5-year-old age group using the Moderna vaccine.
Registration for the event is available on the Cook County COVID-19 Hub Site. All who register will be automatically registered for the Wednesday, August 3 clinic for their second dose.
Those ages 5+ can schedule their COVID-19 vaccine (including boosters) by calling Sawtooth Mountain Clinic at 218-387-2330. Vaccinations will happen on-site at the clinic.
