Creating Housing Together: Landowner Community Meetings

The Cook County Housing Redevelopment Authority and the Cook County Land Services Department are hosting a series of landowner community meetings. Those who own 15+ acres in Cook County within a half mile of a public road and who want to help create more homes for residents are invited to learn more about the new Residential Open Space Overlay (ROSO) District – a zoning tool that supports housing and preserves open space.
