Chik-Wauk Museum & Nature Center hosts a presentation on the history of Windigo Point, Segull Lake on Saturday, October 1 from 2 -3 pm. Gerald Brown will give the presentation. Gerald was born in 1941 in Duluth, MN. His parents were Harry and Genevieve Brown who purchased Windigo Point from the estate of Jim Dunn in 1947. Windigo Point was located on Seagull Lake as an operation of housekeeping cabins. More information at gunflinthistory.org.
