Cook County has scheduled an official groundbreaking ceremony for the new Law Enforcement Center (LEC) expansion project on Tuesday, October 28, following the adjournment of the regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners (which begins at 8:30 am). Cook County Commissioners, County Administrator Kristen Trebil-Halbersma, and Sheriff Pat Eliasen will be joined by representatives from Johnson Wilson Constructors and BKV Group at the event.
