Cook County Higher Education, in partnership with Care Partners of Cook County, is hosting Lunch & Learn: Six Pillars of Brain Health on Wednesday, June 25, from noon to 1 pm at CCHE and over Zoom. Bette Braem from AARP will help participants explore the six pillars of brain health, discover activities that support brain health, and be inspired by others.
