Care Partners of Cook County, the Arrowhead Area Agency on Aging, and Cook County Higher Education are hosting a workshop titled Reframe Aging: A different take on caring well for our future selves on Saturday, October 26 from 9 am to noon at CCHE.

Participants will look at the biases that can get in the way of positive aging, discuss realistic expectations about our aging bodies and minds, allow ourselves to explore our dreams and hopes (not just our fears), and begin to imagine a future that includes both challenge AND promise! Light refreshments will be served.
