Cook County Higher Education is hosting What is MCN & What are Board Member’s Fiduciary Responsibilities? on Thursday, March 21 from 11:30 to 1 pm at CCHE and over Zoom.  Kelly LaCore and Jes Wysong of the Minnesota Council of Nonprofits will go over the services that MCN provides to Minnesota nonprofit organizations, and will then cover the basic board member duties and responsibilities, and the three board member fiduciary duties.
