Talking Turkey: Cook County students dish on Thanksgiving traditions

As Thanksgiving approaches, families and friends prepare to gather and celebrate the cherished annual tradition.

While some stick to the classics—turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, and gravy—others break away from the norm, creating unique takes on the holiday.

Below WTIP shares insights from four Cook County High School students in Mr. McHugh’s Communications Class as they reflect on their Thanksgiving traditions and what the day means to them.
