Care Partners and The Hub are sponsoring a Grand Marais Team for the Walk to End Alzheimer’s on Saturday, September 23 at 2:30 pm at The Hub.You can register as a team member and walk with us on September 23rd in memory or honor of a loved one with dementia, as an advocate for a dementia-friendly community, or to show your support for a dementia-free world.
