Mark Abrahamson Selected “Volunteer of the Year, 2020” by Ampers Network of Community Broadcasters

July 10, 2020 – WTIP volunteer Mark Abrahamson has been selected as Ampers “Volunteer of the Year” for 2020! A long-time host of North Shore Morning, Tuesday Classics and other programs, Mark has stepped up his commitment to local radio during the pandemic, and has stepped in to host Sounds of the Spirit, a weekly sacred and reflective music program previously hosted by BJ Muus, who retired after many years.

Ampers is a network of 18 community radio stations broadcasting throughout the state of Minnesota.
