Health Care Directives & Long Term Planning
Grand Portage Elderly Nutrition and Care Partners will host “Health Care Directives and Long Term Planning” on Monday, February 26 at 4:30 pm at the Elderly Nutrition Program (73 Upper Road, Grand Portage). Kathy Reeves, retired RN, and Hilja Iverson, Social Worker at North Shore Health will walk participants through the forms and answer questions. A light supper is included.
