Head to the Kitchen: Find your path for starting or growing your food business.

University of Minnesota Extension’s “Head to the Kitchen” workshop will be held at the Cook County Community Center of Friday, March 22 from 1 to 4:30 pm.  The workshop is designed for entry-level food business participants such as small- to mid-scale farmers and growers, food producers and processors, food entrepreneurs, and cottage food producers to gain critical food safety knowledge.

The food business options covered in this workshop are cottage foods, Product of the Farm, Retail Food Handler, and Wholesale Food Processor/Manufacturer.
