Volunteer Event: Tree Planting at the Chippewa City Church

The Cook County Historical Society is looking for volunteers to help plant over 125 native tree species around the Chippewa City Church site on Wednesday, June 4, at 10 am. (A backup date of June 5th at 10 a.m. has been scheduled in case of rain.)
The Historical Society will provide the necessary tools and have some gloves, but ask volunteers to bring their own if they have them. Sturdy, closed-toe shoes will be required.
