The Grand Marais Public Library hosts North Shore poet Shelley Getten as a guest facilitator for its monthly poetry workshop on Wednesday, June 25, from 6 to 8 pm. Shelley will teach how a poem moves from beginning to end, and as a group, participants will explore several narrative poems and discuss aspects that help the flow and twists of the work. Reading and discussion of participants’ poems will close out the evening.
