The Great Expectations School Makerspace will take place every 2nd and 4th Saturday this summer from 10 am to noon. Tools and materials are available for your creative projects. Each session also has a teacher-guided project for kids to learn new skills.
The project on Saturday, June 28, is a Tech Take-apart. No long usable technology will be opened up and taken apart to be reused for projects. Donations of electronic or mechanical devices otherwise headed to the dump can be left in the foyer on the 5th street entrance.
