An introduction to Cottage Foods workshop will be held on Wednesday, October 8, from 5 to 6:30 pm at the Cook County Community Center. Under the Minnesota Cottage Food Law, certain food businesses are exempt from the usual requirements of food establishments. Cottage food producers prepare non-potentially hazardous foods and sell directly to the end consumer.
