Student report: new ISD 166 teachers share what brought them to Grand Marais

Patience Sifferath, a student in Cook County High School’s communications class, interviewed three of the new high school teachers.

Sifferath asked the teachers where they moved from, why they chose to teach in Grand Marais, and what their first impressions of the school are. The three teachers interviewed were social studies teacher Ted Weigle, music and band teacher Reece Wright, and shop teacher Ben Oliver.
