Changing Our Mental and Emotional Trajectory (COMET) community training will take place on Friday,  June 12, from 1 to 3 pm at Cook County Higher Education.  The interactive training teaches participants how to reach out in a meaningful, respectful and supportive way to friends, neighbors, and colleagues in a time of need.
