Arrowhead Cooperative update – John Twiest
Arrowhead Cooperative’s CEO / General Manager, John Twiest spoke with North Shore Morning host CJ Heithoff recently for the monthly update.
They discussed the onset of construction season and the two crews that have arrived to work on the underground portion of the Rural Digital Opportunity Fund project.
Arrowhead Cooperative’s Annual Meeting will be on June 10 at the Arrowhead Center for the Arts in Grand Marais. Registration starts at 3 pm with the meeting beginning at 4. Attendees can bring non-perishable items that will be donated to the local food shelf.
May was Safety Awareness month. Property owners can call 811 for help locating underground utilities on their property including power, gas, fiber, water, phone, or sewer infrastructure that are utility-owned. Privately-owned infrastructure is not part of that service. “Call before you dig”. The call is free.
