Bad Bad Hats to play Dockside Sessions, drop new album with supergroup Megasound
Bad Bad Hats is an indie rock band based out of Minneapolis consisting of Kerry Alexander and Ben Hoge that has been an energetic part of the Twin Cities music scene for over a decade. Kerry joins Will Moore on The Scenic Route to talk about the many recent projects the band has been part of, from their latest studio album to a release of their first record redone with cover versions from Minnesota artists. The band also just formed a supergroup with Party Nails to form Megasound, whose first album was released in early August. Kerry also talks about her favorite foods to eat on tour.
Bad Bad Hats will perform a free show at North House Folk School for the Dockside Sessions concert series at 7:30pm on Wed, August 19th. The series is a partnership between North House, North Shore Music Association, and WTIP.
