Cook County graduating seniors reflect on high school, share plans for future

Today marks a significant milestone for the seniors of Cook County High School as students don their caps and gowns to celebrate graduation.

As the school year comes to a close for the senior class, eight graduating seniors shared their thoughts with WTIP on what they’ll miss about high school, lessons they’ve learned, what lies ahead for the future, and advice to fellow high schoolers. Audio from each of the eight students is below.

The commencement ceremony will start Saturday, May 31, at 1 p.m. in the Pam Taylor Gymnasium. Following the ceremony, there will be a parade of graduates through town beginning at 2:30 p.m. and ending at Artist’s Point.
