More Events: Visit Cook County

There is a full moon ski at Pincushion trails on Sunday, February 1st at 6:30 PM. Skiers of all ages are welcome. There will be bonfires, hot beverages and s’mores. Headlamps or flashlights are recommended for walking from the parking lot to the chalet. This is the month of the Snow Moon.
The Grand Marais Food Shelf is now a Super Shelf, meaning guests will now have the opportunity to select their own food. Grand Marais Food Shelf Volunteers anticipate that this new shopping model will require more time than the previous pre-packed bag or box system. To accommodate the change, they are asking guests who usually visit on the first Monday of the month to consider coming on Wednesday instead. Fresh produce will be available on both days.
Monday Night Al-Anon will meet Mondays, at 7 pm at the First Congregational Church in Grand Marais.
The Cook County Curling Club hosts open curling on Tuesdays from 6 to 9 pm at the Cook County Community Center. More information is available at cookcountycurlingclub.com.
