Chik-Wauk Museum and Nature Center hosts a presentation about Russell Blankenburg, Prospector, Businessman, and Friend, on Sunday, August 25 from 2 to 3 pm. Chris Steele will talk about Blankenburg.  Chris first came to the Gunflint Trail 62 years ago when his grandfather began construction of a one-room cabin on Seagull Lake.  The cabin was built on property previously owned by Russell Blankenburg.
