Cook County Higher Education is hosting COMET (Changing Our Mental and Emotional Trajectory) Community Training on Tuesday, February 24, from 1-3 pm at CCHE.

Andrea Orest of Public Health & Human Services and Sarah Waddle of the Cook County Community Center & Minnesota Extension will provide the interactive training that teaches participants how to reach out in a meaningful, respectful, and supportive way to friends, co-workers, or acquaintances who seem to be struggling somewhere between wellness and a mental health crisis.
