Conversation with Tashia Hart, author of “Native Love Jams” and “The Good Berry Cookbook”

The community is invited to a conversation with Tashia Hart, author of the romance novel “Native Love Jams” and “The Good Berry Cookbook: Harvesting and Cooking Wild Rice and Other Wild Foods.” Tashia is a citizen of the Red Lake Anishinaabe Nation and writes in multiple genres including stories for children and adults.
The event will be held at Cook County Higher Education on Saturday, February 1 from 2 to 3 pm, and is co-sponsored by Library Friends of Cook County, Cook County Higher Education, and Drury Lane Books. More information is available at myCCHE.org/events.
The first 15 people in attendance will be gifted a copy of “The Good Berry Cookbook” by Tashia Hart.
