Cook County Higher Ed is throwing a block party this Sunday, Sept. 18, from 1 to 3 p.m. to celebrate 25 years of service to the community. It will feature the North Shore Swing Band, caramel apples, cake, friends & neighbors, and prizes. Bring the whole family and a chair! Event takes place rain or shine.
