David Hahn was a beloved community member and artist who passed away in 2022. David focused on watercolor and enjoyed teaching youth classes at the Art Colony as well as working within the public school, creating portrait cards for the Viking athletic teams.

Grand Marais Art Colony is hosting David Hahn Memorial Art Days at Studio 21 Thursday and Friday, October 20 and 21 from 10 am – 2 pm. There will be several art activities, including thumbprint art, suminagashi, and raised salt paintings.

Youth under 7 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
