Boreal Community Media is once again hosting “Dessert to the Max” to celebrate Give to the Max Day (which is November 16th) in an effort to bring awareness to Cook County nonprofit organizations. The guest speaker for this event will be Erik Torch, Executive Director of the Lloyd K. Johnson Foundation. Erik will be speaking on the importance of non-profit organizations in Cook County.
Community members can learn more about local nonprofits and make donations at the same time.
