An emergency preparedness fair will take place on Saturday, August 15, from 11 am to 2 pm at Birch Grove Community School.

11 – 11:30 am: How to protect yourself from cybercrimes with Mike Olson, CEO, 360 Security

11:30 – noon: Fire extinguishers: What to use for different types of fire with Brad Wilson, Northland Fire

12 – 12:30 pm: What to prepare for your animals during an emergency with Dr. Katie, Sawtooth Mountain

12:30 – 1 pm: Home fire safety with Owen Fifield, American Red Cross Assoc.

1 – 1:30 pm: Portable AED Demo with Rick Furlong, Arrowhead AEDs

1:30 – 2 pm: Firewise your property with Steve VanKekeriks, Cook County Firewise Coordinator
