North Shore Health’s Rehabilitation Department hosts a Fall Prevention Day on Thursday, September 26 from noon to 3 pm at the Cook County Community Center. It is an informative day where you can get screened by local physical therapists to see how your balance is and if you are prepared for the unexpected.  No appointments are required.
