Care Partners of Cook County’s annual “Light Up a Life” will be held on Thursday, December 7 at 5:30 pm at Johnson Heritage Post. The ceremony offers community members the opportunity to celebrate the life of a loved one during the holiday season. Each donation lights one bulb in memory of one person on the memory tree located downtown in front of the Johnson Heritage Post. More information is available at carepartnersofcookcounty.org.
