A Lunch & Learn: Cook County Adult Protective Services – Myths & Facts will be held Wednesday, November 29 from noon to 1 pm at Cook County Higher Education and Zoom.  Martina Johnson from Cook County Public Health & Human Services and Sheriff Pat Eliasen will help participants learn what elder abuse is (and what it ISN’T), the scope of the issue in Cook County, the process for reporting, how our local authorities respond when a report is received, and what Adult Protective Services hopes to achieve.
