Care Partners and Cook County Higher Education present the February Lunch and Learn on Wednesday, February 25, from noon to 1 pm at CCHE or via Zoom.  The topic is “The Age Friendly Initiative: Making a Difference in Cook County.”  Julie Wilson, Executive Director of Care Partners and a Project Manager for the Age Friendly Cook County initiative, will share highlights from an Age Friendly Cook County Action Plan recently approved by the Cook County Board of Commissioners.
