CCHE is hosting ServSafe Food Manager Certification on Saturday, November 18th from 8 am to 5:30 pm. This full certification course is designed to fulfill requirements from Minnesota state and local health departments on food safety in the restaurant and food service industry. For those who have already attended the training and are certified, the ServSafe Food Manager Renewal course is also offered the same day from 8 am to noon.
