Cook County Master Gardeners will host a class on vegetable garden basics on Tuesday, May 20, from 6 to 7:30 pm at the Cook County Community Center. Topics that will be covered include preparing soil, starting plants from seed or transplants, selecting vegetables for your garden, and more.
